Automatic straightening of drilling rods

Rods used in drilling of rocks require high mechanical strength at the stress as good linearity over the entire length of the workpiece, even at the end (on thread). Twin model is the most suitable machine, thanks to laser scanning on the whole workpiece and to thread straightening.

This machine is able to offer the best results in terms of accuracy, repeatability and productivity on both round and hexagonal bars. In order to assure the best productivity, drilling rods can be loaded/unloaded by portal systems or others according to customer plant layout requirements or to the production flow to be followed. Bundle systems are also available.
